Normally all exterior paints are recommended for paint to be applied above 35 degrees surface temperature.

Customers are responsible to move and coordinate all their belongings before the project starts. In case there is a heavy piece of furniture, the painters may be available to help under customer responsibility.

The supervisor will create a list of the additional carpentry, prepare an updated estimate, and present it to the customer for approval.

GPC will set up a meeting with you to determine the condition of the roof. If we identify damage, we will report our findings and your insurance adjuster will help with our recommendations. A trained GPC representative will guide you each step of the way to ensure you get a fair settlement.
